Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the knife back in its original display box and use protective outer packaging to ensure the blade and handle are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master smiths inspect the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
